(Milford)– Final regulatory approval has been received for United Community Bank’s acquisition of the Security State Bank locations in Milford, Hartley and Lake Park. UCB President Mark Fisher says they got the word last week.
Fisher says assets and deposits will be transferred on May 31st and that affected customers will be able to bank at any of United Community Bank’s locations beginning the next day, June 1st.
The acquisition does not affect the Security State Bank location in Spirit Lake.
