(Storm Lake)– A student at Buena Vista University has been charged for allegedly distributing child pornography.
Authorities have charged 20-year-old Daniel Nuehring of Albert City with sexual exploitation of a minor. Bond has been set at 10-thousand dollars.
Police say Nuehring obtained photos of a partially nude 14-year-old girl from Laurens and sent them to other students through Buena Vista University’s internet system.
Officers say Nuehring admitted he knew the girl was only 14.
