(Spirit Lake)– Not only will there be a lot of fishermen and boats in the Iowa Great Lakes this weekend, but there will also be a lot of motorcycles. Victory motorcycles to be exact.
Mark Hoffman is a Victory motorcycle sales representative for the north central territory. He helped organize this Saturday’s “Victory Motorcycle Homecoming”. Hoffman says motorcyclists from throughout the country will meet at the Whoa ‘n Go Conoco station in Jackson Saturday. From there, they’ll be escorted to Spirit Lake where various events will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Polaris Industries.
Hoffman says they hope to make the event an annual one.
As of late Wednesday, 350 people had registered.
