(Estherville)– The search for a new Chief Academic Officer at Iowa Lakes Community College has been narrowed to three candidates.
Still in the running are Steven Gates, Executive Vice President for Student and Academic Affairs at Northeast Iowa Community College in Calmar; Dr. Richard Underbakke, Dean of Agriculture, Business, Computers, Industrial Technology, Mathematics and Science at Northeast Iowa Community College; and Dr. James Philip Wormsley, Principal at Fair Oaks Middle School in Fort Dodge.
Interviews will be conducted the week of May 13th.
The Chief Academic Officer position is currently held by EllenGray Kennedy, Executive Dean of the Estherville campus. She’ll be leaving ILCC at the end of this fiscal year to pursue her PHD.
