(Spencer)– The Iowa Great Lakes Corridor of Opportunity has a new executive director.
Bill Orrison, chairman of the corridor’s board of directors, announced Monday that Chad Shyrock has been hired to the position. Shyrock is currently the executive director of the Delaware county economic development commission. Prior to that, he served as city administrator for Eagle Lake and Wabasha, Minnesota.
Shyrock begins his duties with the corridor July 1st.
He’s a native of Estherville.
