(Spirit Lake)– The Dickinson county trails are again this season under the watchful eyes of volunteers.
Sheriff Greg Baloun says 21 full-time riders and 10 part-time ones are watching the trails for law enforcement agencies. The riders use an all-terrain vehicle equipped with radios that are in contact with the Communications Center.
The volunteers are members of SALT (Seniors And Lawmen Together).
