(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against two lakes area teens in connection with a traffic stop early this (Wed.) morning near Fostoria.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle occupied by two 17-year-old males and discovered some drug paraphernalia. A search of the vehicle turned up additional paraphernalia and a quantity of marijuana.
The names of the two juveniles from Okoboji and Spirit Lake weren’t released. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Citations were issued and the two were released.
