(Sac City)– The Sac County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three people following an alarm call that came into the Communication Ceenter early Tuesday.
Sheriff Ken McClure says a deputy saw a vehicle leaving a business and initiated a traffic stop. During the course of the investigation it was determined the three people had forced a door open at a shop in Auburn. Once inside, the three allegedly removed various tools.
It was also learned they allegedly stole a front-loading tine for a Bobcat skid loader from Haley Implement in Carroll.
Arrested were 19-year-old Joshua Brown and 20-year-old Kody Dalen, both of Armstrong…and 20-year-old Jonathon Sonius of Spencer. All three were charged with third-degree burglary, a class “D” felony and possession of stolen property exceeding 10-thousand dollars…a class “C” felony. All three are being held at the Sac county jail.
Lakeview Police assisted the Sac County Sheriff’s Office in the investigation.
