(Arnolds Park)– The Okoboji Tourism Committee has a new director.
Abbey Larson will take over the job on August 1st.
Larson is currently the Director of Marketing and Sales at the Inn of Okoboji. She has had experience working in the hospitality industry with group, corporate and leisure travelers and at a major tourist attraction. She has also volunteered extensively with regional tourism offices throughout Iowa and has worked in the Iowa Tourism Office.
Larson succeeds Arpil Haas who recently resigned from the position.
