(LeMars)– “Homicidal violence”. That’s how state officials list the cause of death of 10-year-old Timothy Boss, who died two years ago.
His death certificate is expected to be filed soon.
A first-degree murder charge has been filed against the adopted son’s father, Donald Boss. An October 15th trial date has been set.
The remains of Timothy Boss were found buried in the basement of the family’s home in Remsen.
A sheriff has testified that Donald Boss admitted beating the boy with a paddle and overmedicating him.
