(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against a Clay county man as the result of a search warrant that was executed early Saturday on a residence in Dickens.
Authorities say 42-year-old Timothy Darren Baker was charged with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the search turned up a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
They say the search was the result of an ongoing drug investigation and that more arrests are likely.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol Division of Narcotics Enforcement; O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office and the Clay County Attorney’s Office.
