(Spirit Lake)– A vehicle found by police parked behind the Pronto Convenience Store in Spirit Lake Friday night has resulted in drug charges being filed against three men.
Spirit Lake police say a consent search turned up more than an ounce of marijuana in two small containers; 449-dollars in cash and a scale.
As a result, 18-year-old Tye Everette Bash was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; 19-year-old Benjamin Robert Gray was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; and 20-year-old Clay Joseph Hawn was charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three men, who are from Spirit Lake, were booked into the Dickinson county jail.
The arrests were made around 11:20 p.m. Friday.
