(Spirit Lake)– A court hearing on that four thousand-head hog confinement proposed for southwest of Milford has been continued again. It’s been rescheduled now for December 9th. It was supposed to be held October 28th.
The Dickinson County Board of Supervisors have scheduled a public hearing on a permit application for the operation for 7:00 p.m. October 29th at the Milford Community Building. For that reason, officials say the court hearing was continued.
Dutch Creek Farms, the company that’s applied for the permit, is banned from any further construction of the lot until after the court hearing.
