(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against a rural Royal man as the result of a search warrant executed on his residence earlier this week.
38-year-old Kirk Klaassen was charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Clay county jail on bond of 6,850-dollars.
Authorities say a search of Klaassen’s residence turned up marijuana along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation continues and more arrests are possible.
