Meth Charges Filed Against Two Arnolds Park Men

November 23, 2014

(Arnolds Park)– Meth charges have been filed against two Arnolds Park men as the result of a search of their residence earlier today (Tuesday).

Arnolds Park police say it stems from an incident yesterday (Monday) in Spencer when police pulled over a vehicle occupied by James Hansaker and James Orris of Arnolds Park. The traffic stop led to authorities obtaining and executing a search warrant on the men’s residence at Hillcrest Trailer Court in Arnolds Park. Police say the search resulted in the two men being charged with possession of precursors, possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, having anhydrous ammonia in an open container, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities say additional charges are pending against the men in Clay county.

The Arnolds Park Police Department was assisted by its canine unit, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Clay County Attorney’s Office, State Fire Marshall’s Office, Milford Police Department and State Division of Narcotics Enforcement.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are likely.
