(Estherville)– The Estherville City Council earlier this week adopted the city’s budget for the upcoming fiscal year following a public hearing. It has total expenditures of 11,673,535-dollars. The tax levy will be $16.51 per thousand dollars’ valuation, the same as under the current budget.
