(Spencer)– A Milford man has been arrested on domestic abuse charges after an incident Tuesday.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was called to 3240 290th Avenue on a domestic assault complaint. Rochelle Grothen told authorities she had been assaulted by 34-year-old Stacy Lind. Later in the day, Lind turned himself in. He was charged with domestic abuse-assault and was booked into the Clay county jail.
