(Sibley)– A man wanted on an immigration charge has been arrested in Osceola county.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies stopped Ivan Rodriguez Perez for a traffic violation Monday when they learned a warrant had been issued for his arrest by the Iowa State Patrol.
It was also leanred that Perez was wanted on a felony warrant isseud by the International Immigration Service.
Perez was transported to the Osceola county jail where he’s being held for the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
