(Orleans)– A traffic stop Friday evening in Orleans has resulted in charges against a Milford man.
Spirit Lake police stopped a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Mark Robinson of Milford on Highway 276 near Templar Park shortly after 7:00 p.m. Officers determined Robinson was operating the vehicle with a suspended license, and that he was wanted on a warrant from Cherokee county for contempt of court on an original charge of driving while suspended. A subsequent investigation revealed Robinson was in possession of a substance alleged to be marijuana and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Robinson was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating while intoxicated…second offense; and driving while suspended. He was arrested and booked into the Dickinson county jail.
