(Cherokee)– Cherokee county authorities are investigating the death of a man who’s body was found in a wrecked pickup earlier this week.
The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the intersection of Linden Street and “S” Avenue Wednesday.
Authorities say 40-year-old Anthony John Bush of Cherokee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 1978 Dodge pickup was described as a total loss.
It isn’t known when the incident actually took place.
Authorities say their investigation continues.
