(Estherville)– TRIO Upward Bound programs at a couple of area community colleges have been awarded federal funding.
U-S Senator Chuck Grassley says 5.1 million dollars has been awarded to Iowa colleges and universities through the U-S Department of Education.
Of that, Iowa Lakes Community College will receive 323,818-dollars. Western Iowa Tech Community College in Sheldon will get 234,624-dollars.
