(Harris)– A northwest Iowa community is one of three that will share in almost 200-thousand dollars in firefighter safety grants from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Harris in Osceola county will be getting 47-thousand dollars.
The money will help fund safety programs and buy equipment.
Grants were also awarded to Alta Vista in Chickasaw county and Lynnville in Jasper county.
