(Wallingford)– An investigation is under way into a fire that destroyed a farm storage shed on a farm southwest of Wallingford on 250th Street in Emmet county.
Wallingford Fire Chief Jarrod Fischer says the building burned sometime Friday evening. He says the destroyed building was discovered by a farmer who stopped at the location Saturday. The farmer then notified the Emmet County Law Enforcement Center.
Fischer says as of right now the cause of the fire is undetermined. He says the State Fire Marshall is assisting in the investigation.
