(Superior)– A Superior man is in jail, accused of sexually abusing a seven-year-old girl.
The Superior Police Department says 39-year-old Robert Allen Busch has been charged with sexual abuse in the second degree…a class “B” felony. Busch was arrested Monday.
Police say Busch allegedly fondled the child this past Saturday at a residence in Superior.
No other details were available.
Authorities say the case remains under investigation.
The Superior Police Department was assisted by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office and the Dickinson County Attorney’s Office.
