(Spencer)– An investigation into a case of sexual abuse has led to the arrest of an O’Brien county man.
Spencer police have arrested 21-year-old Shannon Sindt of Hartley on charges of second degree sexual abuse, a class “B” felony. He’s accused of sexually abusing a woman in her 20’s on September 14th.
Sindt was booked into the Clay county jail on 32-thousand dollars bond. He has since been released after posting bond.
Police say their investigation continues.
