Windom, Mn. Man Charged In Theft From E’Burg Car Dealership

November 22, 2014

(Emmetsburg)– A southwest Minnesota man has been charged in connection with the theft of a vehicle last month from an Emmetsburg car dealership.

18-year-old Jeremy Simich of Windom was arrested this week on charges of second degree theft and second degree criminal mischief…both are class “D” felonies.

The arrest is the result of an investigation into the theft of a 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis from Jensvold Ford Motor Company on September 9th. The vehicle was located later the same day with an estimated seven to eight-thousand dollars in damage.

Simich was booked into the Palo Alto county jail.
