(Spirit Lake)– Terry Buchman has been declared the winner of a city council seat in Superior.
Buchman and Benjamin Hawn each received 12 votes in last Tuesday’s municipal election.
There were no changes in the totals following Monday’s canvas by the Dickinson County Board of Supervisors. So to decide the winner, Supervisor Chair David Gottsche drew a name out of the box…and Buchman’s was the one he pulled out.
