Another Person Sentenced In Spencer Meth Case

(Spencer)– Another person has been sentenced on federal charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within a thousand feet of the Spencer Middle School.

21-year-old Brandy Marie Leggio of Spencer was sentenced last week to more than two years in federal prison.

Leggio pleaded guilty previously to conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine, using a person under the age of 18, within a thousand feet of the Spencer Middle School.

Leggio was released on a bond previously set and is to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons at a date yet to be set.
