(Spirit Lake)– Owners of homes and businesses along Hill Avenue between 19th and 30th streets in Spirit Lake are urged to attend an upcoming meeting about plans to rennovate the street, making it look like the rest of Hill Avenue…complete with boulevards.
Public Works Director Todd Dolphin says the meeting is set for 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4th at the Spirit Lake Campus of Iowa Lakes Community College.
Dolphin says those attending the meeting will be able to review the plans for the project and ask questions.
Dolphin says the project is slated to go out for bids December 9th. The project will be constructed this coming spring and summer.
