November 22, 2014

(Terril)– A St. Cloud, Minnesota man was injured in a two-vehicle accident Sunday north of Terril.

The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says vehicles driven by 50-year-old Mark Hamrick of St. Cloud, Minnesota and 52-year-old Patricia Notestine of Clear Lake, Iowa collided at the intersection of county roads N-14 and A-31 three miles north of Terril.

Hamrick was taken by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare. No information was available on his condition or the extent of his injuries.

Authorities say Hamrick was northbound on N-14 and Notestine was eastbound on A-31 and went through a stop sign, colliding with Hamrick. Notestine was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.

1,500-dollars in damage was estimated to a 1988 FOrd pickup Hamrick was driving. A 2002 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Notestine sustained an estimated 13-thousand dollars in damage.

The mishap took place shortly after noon Sunday.
