One Person Injured In Rollover Near Windom

(Windom, Mn.)– One person was injured in a one-vehicle rollover this (Thurs.) morning just south of Windom.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Tricia Roedel of Darfer, Minnesota was southbound on County Road 21 when she hit a patch of ice and lost control of a 2001 Ford Ranger. The vehicle went into the east ditch, rolling twice.

Roedel was taken by ambulance to the Windom Hospital. No information was available on her condition.

The vehicle was totaled.

The mishap took place shortly after 7:30 a.m. a half mile south of the Jackson/Cottonwood county line.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol and the Windom Fire and Ambulance.
