(Arnolds Park)– Another lakes area city is reminding the public about its snow removal policy.
Arnolds Park City Administrator Ron Walker says that city will NOT declare a snow emergency whenever it snows. He says residents are automatically expected to get their vehicles off the streets whenever it’s snowing or snow is in the forecast.
Failure to do that, Walker says, will result in a ticket.
Walker says so far the city has been pretty lenient in enforcing the ordinance, but he says that will probably change with this snowfall.
