(Spencer)– The search is on for three children abducted around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday from their grandparents’ home in Spencer.
Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for the children’s parents, who are the suspected abductors. They’re believed to be headed to Georgia in a green 1995 extended cab Ford Ranger pickup with Georgia license plates 4-9-4-6-A-W-R.
The children are described as 10-year-old Ryan Lee Pardue who has blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a red sweatshirt and possibly blue jeans. He’s reported to have chronic asthma and is on prescriptions for strep throat.
Six-year-old Arzula Mumper has shoulder-length blond hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion. She was wearing a white halter top with blue flowers and red bell bottom stretch pants with tie down.
The third child is identified as 12-year-old Starla Marie Pardue. She has short blond hair with some brown in it, blue eyes and cracked front tooth. She was wearing a red short sleeved shirt with writing on the front and pajama bottom pants with blue flowers.
Their mother is identified as 30-year-old Samantha Pardue. She has auburn hair with a light reddish tint and blue eyes. She has a cross tattooed on her left hand and has tattoos on one leg. She was wearing blue jeans, tennis shoes and a thin white jacket.
A description on the father wasn’t immediately available.
Spencer police lieutenant Jim Berhow says the grandparents were given custody of the children on December 9th.
