(Jackson, Mn.)– Five people were injured in a one-vehicle rollover shortly after 2:00 p.m. Monday in Jackson county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Jeffrey Gamble of rural Jackson was southbound on 560th Avenue when he lost control of a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle left the road and rolled.
Gamble and four passengers…all of them juveniles…were injured. Two of the occupants were airlifted to a Sioux Falls hospital; two others were transported to a Sioux Falls hospital by ground ambulance. A male juvenile was treated at the Jackson Medical Center and released.
No names were being released other than the driver’s.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Jackson Fire and Ambulance Service and an E-M-T from the Trimont, Mn. fire department who discovered and reported the accident.
