(Estherville)– A Department of Natural Resources enforcement officer in Emmet county has been promoted.
Rich Jordet has been named District Supervisor for a 17-county area of northwest Iowa. Jordet has been a conservation officer for the past 18 years–the last nine as an officer in Emmet county.
Jordet replaces Denny Phillips of Spencer who retired from the Iowa D-N-R December 31st, after 33 years.
