(Spencer)– Northwest Iowa’s newest District Judge will be sworn in early next month.
A swearing-in ceremony for Nancy Whittenburg is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 5th at the Clay County Courthouse in Spencer. A public reception will follow in the courthouse lobby.
Whittenburg fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Frank B. Nelson.
