(Milford)– A search warrant executed Monday on a Milford residence has landed two people in jail on meth charges.
Authorities say the search was conducted at 1301 “M” Avenue. Authorities found a substance believed to be methamphetamine and some drug paraphernalia.
26-year-old Josh Smith and 22-year-old Heidi Bern…who both live at the residence…were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia and keeping a dwelling for the purpose of possessing or using controlled substances.
The two were booked into the Dickinson county jail.
Authorities say their investigation continues and more arrests are likely.
The search warrant was executed by the Milford, Spencer and Spirit Lake Police Departments and the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office.
