(Primghar)– A traffic stop earlier this month in O’Brien county has resulted in the arrest of a Paullina man.
O’Brien County Sheriff Mike Anderson says a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the early evening of March 13th near Paullina that was being driven by 51-year-old Keith Leitz, who was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anderson says a subsequent search of Leitz’s residence resulted in the discovery of 1.8 pounds of marijuana. Additional charges of possession of marijuana and a drug tax stamp violation were filed against Leitz.
Leitz was taken to the O’Brien county jail and was released on a personal recognizance bond. He’s due to appear in court at a later date.
