(Spencer)– A Spencer woman is 20-thousand dollars richer thanks to the Iowa Lottery.
Becky Frederick won the top prize playing the lottery’s “Cash To Go” instant-scratch game.
Frederick claimed her prize last Thursday at the Iowa Lottery’s regional office in Storm Lake.
She purchased her winning ticket at the Hy-Vee gas station in Spencer.
