(Spirit Lake)– Court documents filed late last week in Dickinson County District Court show a number of lakes area residents face a myriad of drug charges. Most are believed to have stemmed from the recently announced “Broken Arrow” investigation into the drug trade in the lakes area.
According to those documents, Trishelle Bremer was charged with solicitation of a felony, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, ongoing criminal conduct, prohibited acts, a drug tax stamp violation and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
Abby Ferguson and Jeremy Hoffman were both charged with ongoing criminal conduct; Shaun Fox was charged with unlawful possession of prescription medication; possession with intent to deliver marijuana and a drug tax stamp violation.
Conregan Robinson was charged with failing to affix a drug tax stamp; Johnathon Barber was charged with furnishing methamphetamine to a jail inmate and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver; Heath Willison was charged with prohibited acts, one count of conspiracy to distribute meth and marijuana and two counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Kamie Jo Loerch was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
Bryan Rickman, Josh Currier, Antonio Bandomo, Reid Chaplin, Jean-Michael Roland Brown and Matthew Krogman-Meyer were all charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
An additional charge of a tax stamp violation was filed against Currier and Bandomo.
