(Spencer)– A Gillett Grove man is in the Clay county jail after a search of his home earlier this month.
On March 15th, Clay county deputies executed a search warrant at the home of Gary Burger and Mary Bucholz at 309 Railway Street in Gillett Grove. During the search officers found marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Gary Burger was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Clay county jail with bond set at 15,325-dollars.
Authorities say their investigation continues and more arrests are likely.
