(Spencer)– A Spencer woman arrested last weekend on drug charges is now facing additional felony charges.
24-year-old Tiffany Ferguson was arrested Sunday after a search of her and her husband’s home at 208 east 4th Street in Spencer turned up marijuana.
She now faces charges of distributing an illegal substance to a person under the age of 18 within a thousand feet of the Spencer Middle School…a class “B” felony; and using a person under 18 in drug trade…a class “C” felony.
Ferguson was booked into the Clay county jail on bond of 45,500-dollars.
