(Hartley)– Two men have been arrested in O’Brien county on drug charges as the result of a two-month investigation by the Hartley Police Department.
Authorities say 28-year-old Alejandro Licea, Jr. of Heron Lake, Minnesota and 42-year-old Manuel Armenta of Hartley were arrested as the result of a search warrant executed on a residence in Hartley. Police say they found marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Licea was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the O’Brien county jail on bond of 2,275-dollars.
Armenta was charged with possession of marijuana; possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver; possession of marijuana and methamphetamine within a thousand feet of a school; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Armenta was booked into the O’Brien county jail on bond of 44,525-dollars.
