(Spirit Lake)– There will be just one contested race for county offices in Dickinson county in the November election.
It will be for Sheriff, where Republican incumbent Greg Baloun will be challenged by one of his deputies, Tom Loebach, who’s running as a Democrat.
Two seats on the board of supervisors will be on the ballot. Incumbent David Gottsche is running unopposed for re-election for the District Three seat and incumbent Pam Jordan is unopposed for District Five.
Incumbent Nancy Reiman is unopposed for County Auditor.
The filing period expired at the close of business on Wednesday.
