Local Schools & Libraries Awarded Internet/Telecommunication Funding

(Undated)– Some local schools and libraries have been awarded grants to assist with internet access or telecommunications services.

Area Education Agency four based out of Sioux Center will receive nearly 18-thousand dollars; the Armstrong Public Library was awarded 463-dollars; 491-dollars goes to the Ashton Public Library; the Estherville-Lincoln Central School District will get nearly 22-thousand dollars; the Graettinger Public Library was awarded 186-dollars; the MOC Floyd Valley School District will get 9,600-dollars; the Pocahontas Public Library was awarded almost 600-dollars; nearly a thousand dollars will go to the Rolfe Public Library; the Sibley-Ocheyedan School District was awarded 10,400-dollars; and the Spencer School District will receive 20,300-dollars.

A total of 515,612-dollars was awarded to 83 schools and libraries in Iowa.
