(Sioux City)– A rural Clay county man has pleaded guilty in U-S District Court to meth and firearm charges.
31-year-old Jason Blake Storey pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm while being an unlawful user of controlled substances.
In a plea agreement, storey admitted that between about 1993 and through about September 3rd, 2003 he and others manufacture and distributed methamphetamine.
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
Storey remains in the custody of the U-S Marshal pending sentencing.
He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years imprisonment with a possible maximum of life along with a four million dollar fine and a minimum of five years of supervised release following any imprisonment.
