(Spirit Lake)– The Spirit Lake City Council has scheduled a special meeting for 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to consider whether or not to reappoint the City Administrator.
The council tabled the action the first of the year. They also tabled the appointment of City Attorney. Two of the three new council members said they wanted more time to conduct performance reviews.
Meeting in regular session Tuesday, the council voted unanimously to re-appoint Earl Maahs as City Attorney and Greg Owen as Assistant, but tabled action on reappointing Pete Hegeman as City Administrator, pending today’s (Wed.) special meeting.
