(Jackson, Mn.)– An omnibus hearing for a rural Lakefield, Minnesota woman accused in the November 14th, 2003 shooting death of Ervin Berg of Spirit Lake has been continued again.
The hearing for 39-year-old Suzanne McNulty has been continued to 9:00 a.m. July 13th in Jackson County District Court.
McNulty’s attorney, John Scholl, requested additional time to complete additional testing of forensic evidence that’s available to the state.
McNulty was charged with one count of second degree felony murder, one count of third degree murder and one count of second degree assault.
