(Spencer)– A search of a Spencer home this week has turned up illegal drugs along with a man wanted in two states.
Spencer police executed a search warrant at 117 Park Street Wednesday which turned up marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The occupants of the home, 43-year-old James Miller Sr., 35-year-old Regina Miller and an unidentified 16-year-old juvenile were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
While conducting the search police found out that James Miller, Sr. was wanted on outstanding warrants from Missouri and Minnesota. The warrants are for second degree vehicular assault, gross misdemeanor theft and obstructing arrest.
Both James and Regina Miller were booked into the Clay county jail. The juvenile was released after being cited into the juvenile court service.
