(Mallard)– Numerous charges have been filed against a Mallard man who led Palo Alto county authorities on a foot pursuit Saturday in Mallard.
The Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old John E. Scisco of Mallard was arrested after they chased him on foot from a residence at 211 North Fourth Street in Mallard.
Scisco was charged with tampering with a witness, interference with official acts causing injury, assault on a peace officer, public intoxication…third offense, and domestic abuse…second offense. All five charges are aggravated misdemeanors.
Scisco was booked into the Palo Alto county jail.
Authorities were called to the scene shortly before 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
